will this fit my 2003 1500 made in oct 2002 i can`t find one to this truck. if so i will buy this one as soon as i get a answer...

If your truck was made in October of 2002, then you will need to look at the hitches for that build date, see link. You can use # 13326 as long as the truck does not already have the factory hitch. I have included links to the instructions and a link to a video showing a typical installation for you.
I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount, interchangeable ball set, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. For trailer wiring, use # 119178KIT. I have linked instructions for the wiring as well.
Hitch # 13333 you referenced fits only if the truck was built after November 2002.
