Parts Needed to Install Thule Square Crossbar on 2019 Honda CR-V

Im placing a Thule fit kit and podium foot on my 2019 Honda CRV so I can use my existing 53inch crossbars that I had on my Lexus. I cant find good directions or videos for doing this. Any suggestions?

The square bar Thule roof rack components you need for a 2019 Honda CR-V are # TH712400, # TH710501, and # TH145046. You should note that Thule phased out the Podium feet as well as changed their square bars to now have a channel on the bottom of the bars instead so if you have the older bars then we don't have a way to fit to your new vehicle.
