For your Atwood sidewinding jacks there isn't a recommended replacement set of gears since they no longer produce jacks but based on the measurements you gave me you can try the Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for Bulldog or Fulton Jacks - 5,000 lbs Item # BD500106 which are 1-3/8" in diameter and .703" in height.
I recommend replacing the jack with the Bulldog Square Jack w/ Footplate - Fixed Leg - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 5,000 lbs
Item # BD190751 if you want to weld the jack on.
If you have an A-Frame jack I recommend the etrailer A-Frame Round Jack - Sidewind - 15" Lift - Zinc - 5,000 lbs item # TJA-5000S-B.
