what is the measurement from the back this ball mount to the centerline of the hitch pin? part # RP45323?

I had our warehouse measure the Reese Ball Mount - 3-1/2" Rise, 5" Drop - 10" Long - 18,000 lbs # RP45323 and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the ball mount is 4", and from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole is 10" as shown in the included diagram.
