The Thule Access Swing Away Hitch Extender can hold most cargo carriers with 2 inch shanks as long as the total weight is less than 350 pounds. Here are some cargo carriers that can work with that maximum weight capacity:
- 24x48 Lets Go Aero BigBoss Cargo Carrier # H01465
- 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier # C18110
- GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # H00604
From these carriers, I would choose the GearDeck 17 Enclosed Cargo Carrier # H00604 because the enclosure of the carrier will keep it safe from any weather elements. You can also add extra security to the GearDeck 17 with Hitch Locks # ACC3250.
