What Size Bolts Does the Hitch for a 2010 Nissan Frontier Use

Question:

I would like to ask what size Hex bolt is used for this install? I understand them to be M12 1.25 by 35mm. Correct??? I would like to buy a single bolt here at a store just to be able to test and clean out the mounting holes in advance of ordering and installing from you. Want to be certain the bolt holes are useable. They do have some surface rust of course from never having been used. Thanks. Mike

The weld nuts in the frame on a 2010 Nissan Frontier are indeed M12 x 1.25 x 35mm which is what the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75282 will use. I'd simply pick up a 12 mm x 1.25 Tap locally and clean the holes out beforehand.
