I ordered this kit with 8 3.25 in hangers. Is this correct are all the hangers the same length? Thanks

Yes the hanger kit part # APTT5 would work well with the Dexter EZ Flex part # K71-657-00 that you mentioned as well. The 3-1/4 inch height of all of the equalizers would work great without any issue.
