Hello I have a LCI 369545 date code of 2017 that has failed for our step. the Rig is a 2018 Thor Hurican 29M. When I search I get the impression the motor is no longer available. Is this the case and/or can you point me to the right replacement?

For your Kwikee electric RV steps the motor you need is Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps - 12V Item # LC379147 and the gear box is Replacement Gear Box and B Linkage for Kwikee Electric RV Steps Item # LC379161
The LC369545 is what the manufacturer labels both parts when they are packaged together so that's why it wasn't coming up for you when you searched it.
