Question:

I have a 2018 Bighorn 3270RS fiftwheel. One of my shocks broke. The exact replacent part is Lippert Standard Replacement Shock -Item # LC283271. Will this upgraded Gas Shock fit. # LC283280 I am looking to upgrade all 4 shocks.

The Lippert Standard Replacement Shock - Black # LC283271 is only rated for 3500lb axles with 2-3/8" diameter axles so I am a little surprised that they were used on your 2018 Heartland RV Bighorn 3270RS 5th wheel as it has a GVWR of 15500lbs.

The Lippert Heavy-Duty Replacement Shock - Yellow # LC283280 will be just over an inch longer when compressed, and 1-1/2" longer extended but is rated for 3500-7000lbs which would be much better suited for your trailer.
