Best SumoSprings For 2020 Ford F-150 4WD For 5th Wheel Towing

Sumo Spring recommendation for a 2020 F-150 XLT. I have a Fifth wheel with 1365 lbs hitch weight and I would like to know which Sumo Springs is best for my application. SSr-117-47 or SSR-117-40?

The two SumoSprings you mentioned are the same but for their weight capacity of 1,000 lbs vs. 1,500 lbs; so for your 2020 Ford F-150 4WD that is towing a 5th wheel trailer the best option is definitely going to be the 1,500 lb spring:
- SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-117-47
The reason is, since you have a hitch weight of over 1,300 lbs, you'll need the spring with the right amount of support, and the 1,000 lb option isn't quite enough as they will constantly be compressed which can give you a rigid ride. The 1,500 lb SumoSprings will still be be compressed but won't always be fully engaged, allowing for a better ride while still giving your F-150's suspension the support it needs while you are towing your 5th wheel.
