Question:
Hi, I think I’ve seen somewhat similar posts but just want to confirm before I buy. 2013 Yukon looking at the curt c31012 Or the draw tite 65052. I like the no drilling on the draw tite but which will give me more ground clearance? / Thanks

For your 2013 GMC Yukon, the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65052 will give you about a 1/2 inch more ground clearance than the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31012.
Having said that, I do recommend the Curt hitch over the Draw-Tite. While it does require drilling into the frame, that does make the installation simpler as it you'll simply bolt the hitch up into those holes. The Draw-Tite partially attaches to the frame's splash shield, and it also requires taping up washers to fill holes in the bottom of the frame shoe. I like the easier install as well as the security of knowing the Curt hitch is secured solely to the frame.
That's my preference, and yours may be different, so you may want to check out the installation instructions of both options, which I've linked for you below. I have also linked a video install on a Yukon for you to check out of the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31012.
