The Reese 30032 is compatible with industry standard rails. If the rails from your old truck were manufactured by Reese, you'll want to stick with using Reese frame brackets for your new truck.

If your base rails from the old truck are 48 inches long, you can reuse them. You'll want to go with the Reese # RP56015 bracket kit. The kit includes the hardware for attaching the brackets to the truck frame, but you'll need new hardware for the rails as the hardware isn't meant to be torqued more than once. The hardware kit for the rails is part # RP58504.

If your rails are 42 inches long, you won't be able to reuse them as they won't be long enough to reach the
# RP56015 brackets. If that's the case, you'd need the full bracket and rail kit, part # RP56015-53.

Since your truck has the 5-3/4 inch truck bed, the only way you'll get the proper clearance between the front of the 5th wheel and the back of the truck cab would be to use a Reese Sidewinder rotating pin box on your 5th wheel as a sliding hitch wouldn't provide enough clearance. The correct Sidewinder model will depend on which OEM pin box your 5th wheel is equipped with. I'll link you to a help article that explains how the Sidewinder works. If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector wire up over the tailgate, you can do so using part # C56000.
