As long as your 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave still has the OEM coil springs the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F29ZR you were looking at will fit perfectly.
The # F29ZR offer a 500-1000lb load leveling capacity to support your rear suspension when you are towing or have a heavy payload in the bed.
To keep from having to manually inflate the helper springs I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Light-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs from the comfort of your vehicle.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
