Can Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender PVD20B Be Used On Ford Transit Class B RV?
Updated 03/29/2021 | Published 03/24/2021 >
Question:
Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender. According to Kuat web site, they don’t recommend for RVs. I have a class B motor home which is built inside a standard Ford Transit. Any reason you think this would not work on that? Thanks

I reached out to Kuat and since your RV is Class B Ford Transit you will not have any issues using the Kuat Pivot 2 Sway Away Hitch Extender # PVD20B.
My contact mentioned that the rack is rated for up to Class B RVs built on a sprinter van chassis like yours.
I included a video of the # PVD20B for you to take a look at.
