Will this fit the PJ Utility trailer U7

It is possible that the GloLight LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light - Submersible - 9 Diodes - Round - Amber Lens # MCL157AB you were looking at will work on your PJ Utility Trailer, but to be sure you would need to have a 2-1/2" grommet like the # A55GB in the frame of your trailer.
If you do not have one you can add the # A55GB but you will need to drill a 3" hole for it to fit in.
The # MCL157AB does not include the 2 wire harness, so you would also need the # A46PB.
