Question:
Is there some type of wire holder that would go on the inside of a boat trailer to hold wires for led lights that would run on the inside of the trailer to light up the underneath section?

I recommend the CE Smith Trailer Wiring Clips - Frame Mount - Zinc Plated Steel - Qty 10 # CE16867A which will clip to any supports inside of your boat trailer and keep the wiring for your LED lights nice and clean.
If there is spots you are needing a holder but there is no area for the clip to attach I recommend using some silicone to hold the wires in place.
I included a video of the # CE16867A for you to take a look at.
