I need a full gooseneck hitch brackets and the ball for a 2003 chevy 1500 I want to make sure the curt kit C60712 is everything

The Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch # C60712 is designed to fit your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with either 6-1/2' or 8' beds. It will not fit if you have a Flareside or Stepside bed. The kit includes all brackets to install and a 2-5/16" gooseneck ball.
I do recommend a Wiring Harness # 41157 to mount an additional 7-way receptacle inside your bed. This will ensure that you aren't damaging your cord by stretching it to the bumper connection. Also you won't have the cord dragging across the tailgate and bed rails of your Silverado when you drive.
