Can Roadmaster Sterling be Ordered without Safety Cables

Is it possible to purchase the RM Sterling Tow Bar with hook and loop safety cables instead of the cables it comes with? I want to use it with a RM EZ-5 52357-5 Baseplate direct connect. Im assuming the crossbar on the tower disconnects Thanks
