For your 2021 Ford F-150 I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 as it is a very reliable controller and has great features like an easy to read LCD screen, and the built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.

To installed the # 90195 in your F-150 you will need the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 22292 which will plug into the factory trailer brake controller port located behind the dash in your truck as you can see in the included video.
