42 Inch Hitch Extension for 2020 Ford F-350 with In-Bed Camper

Question:

Camper and Truck F350 dually with an Eagle Cap 1165 camper. Hitch on truck is well below the camper too low. Hitch is 3 but I have sleeves to reduce size. I reduce to 2.5 for a 42 inch long extension. I need to raise extension at the truck reciever.

We have the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension for 3" Ford Super Duty Factory Hitch # TLE1642. You will not be able to use an extension of this length with a rise hitch adapter. This is because the 42" hitch extender has to be secured with lateral-support safety chains in a straight line
