Hello, do you guys offer any low profile chains for a 2013 Audi A6 Quattro?

We do have low-profile snow tire chains for your 2013 Audi A6. You can go with a cable design or a chain design. Cables are lower profile, easier to use, and are less-likely to damage your vehicle if they somehow come undone while driving. Chains on the other hand are thicker and more aggressive for heavier snow and also could potentially cause more damage than cables if they happened to break. That being said, I recommend going with a cable setup, but I will give you options for each style.
If your tire size is 225/55-17, then you can go with a cable design such as Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains - Passenger Car - 1 Pair # TC339DC or a chain design such as Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - 1 Pair # TC1553.
If your tire size is 245/45-18, then you can go with a cable design like Titan Chain Diagonal Alloy Cable Snow Tire Chains - Passenger Car - 1 Pair # TC343DC or a chain design such as Konig Self-Tensioning, Low-Profile Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - CG9 - Size 104 # TH2004205104.
It is a good idea to check your owner's manual to see if the manufacturer recommends using snow chains on your tires or not. I attached demonstration videos to show you how to use each setup.
