I have some Thule square bars and racks that I would like to use on my 2018 Lexus GX460. Do you have anything that will attach to the rails on my Lexus that will hold the Thule cross bars?

Thule actually changed the design of their square crossbars a couple years ago so any of the current rack fits would not be compatible with the older style of bar you have. The current bar now has a slot that runs down the bottom of the bar. Thule actually does not have a rack that fits your 2018 Lexus GX 460 but Yakima has their round bar roof rack part numbers # Y00408, # Y00145, and # Y03536 that would work well.
