I may have a solution for you, but the Tommy Lift does present some issues and most hitches are going to be excluded from fitting on a 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. However, I talked to my contact over at Curt and he confirmed that the Curt # 13339 will work with your Tommy Lift installed. This will give you a 2" receiver for your Silverado and Curt hitches are well known for their durability because of the thicker powder coat they use, so it's going to stand up to nicks and scratches a lot better.

I've linked a review video of this hitch for you to check out, as well as the available wiring harness selections that will fit your truck in case you don't have wiring to tow a trailer with; something like the Tekonsha # 118384 would work well if you need a 4 way.
