Hi, Is it feasible to put a class III hitch and spare tire holder on a 2021 Honda CRV? Cost ? Skill level to install? Thanks,

You can definitely put a Class III hitch on your 2021 Honda CR-V! A good hitch is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98848. It has a 6 out of 10 install difficulty level. It's do-able in your own garage, but it takes about an hour and a half with minimal skill level. It's similar in design and install process to the Curt Class III Hitch # C13397 although the Curt has gloss finish compared to etrailer's matte black. I attached the install video below if you want to check out that process to see if it's something you can handle.

As for the spare tire carrier, we have a hitch-mounted carriers like the Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier
Item # RM-195125. This type of carrier will allow you to carry another hitch accessory along with your spare tire, although please note that your capacity will be reduced by 33 percent.
