Weight distribution systems are rated by total tongue weight which is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to tow trailer plus the weight of any cargo stored behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle.
The hitch weight of 456lbs mentioned is the unloaded hitch weight, and would not be correct to determine a weight distribution system.
The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight rating is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044, but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
Since your trailer has a GVWR of 6395lbs, your tongue weight when loaded to the maximum capacity should be between 10-15% which is 639-960lbs. This will give us an idea of where you can expect to be, but you will want to confirm this before purchasing a system.
Between Blue Ox and Equalizer I recommend going with the Equal-i-zer as they are the top of the line weight distribution hitch and the built-in 4 point sway control is fantastic for keeping your trailer going straight down the highway.
If you find that your total tongue weight is between 600-1000lbs I recommend taking a look at the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution w/ 4-Point Sway Control - No Shank - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # EQ37101ET. This system does not include a shank so you will need the # EQ90-02-4500.
If you find that your total tongue weight exceeds 1000lbs you would want to step up to the # EQ37140ET which works with total tongue weights ranging from 1000-1400lbs, and includes a shank.
I included a video of the Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems for you to take a look at.
