Question:
I have a 2012 39ts attitude 5th wheel toy hauler. I want to replace the landing gear with the same single motor setup or go to dual motor. What ones will fit? also want to put an air ride kingpin on it. What one do I need?

I would be happy to go over options for landing gear and an air ride pin box for your 2012 Eclipse 39TS Attitude 5th Wheel Toy Hauler.
Starting with the landing gear for a single motor option the Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set - Weld On - 37" Lift - 6,000 lbs # LC333964 should work perfectly as it is designed to work with the industry standard landing gear setup of 15-1/2" inside to inside of the weld stops and 17-1/2" outside to outside of the weld stops.
For a double motor landing gear option there is the Reese Electric 5th Wheel Landing Gear Set - 36" Lift - 8,000 lbs # RP500708 which will fit the same weld stop dimensions of 15-1/2" inside to inside and 17-1/2" outside to outside.
I recommend going with the double motor option # RP500708 as it will lift your trailer quicker and easier due to the dual motors and increased weight capacity, and since each jack has its own motor that can be operated independently to make sure your trailer is level.
Moving on to the pin box I recommend a Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box due to it being a top of the line air ride pin box, but the correct one will be dependent on which style pin box your trailer uses. For example the # LC328492 is a direct replacement for the Lippert 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes.
To determine which pin box you have on your trailer you will want to find the serial number which is located on a sticker on the pin box, and the brand of the pin box.
If for some reason the sticker is gone you can use the included help article to measure your current pin box to determine which model it is.
If you can provide the serial number and brand, or the pin box measurements I would be happy to recommend the correct pin box for you.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
