I do have a solution for this, while currently no one makes a 1.25" hitch for your 2021 Cadillac XT5 we can offer a Reducer # C45770 with 4" extension or # HT02 with 3" of extension. They are 2 similar options with different lengths of extension.
I do recommend our Curt Hitch Receiver # C13285 as it is designed to hide behind the access panel on your Cadillac. The access panel is easily removed by 2-7mm screws. And install requires no drilling or removal of body parts besides the access panel (it can be reinstalled to hide the hitch when not in use).
