Question:

whats the measurement from the bottom of the bolt head to the top of the threads? I have a Sports Rig and want to make sure I have enough thread length to tighten the bolt. My over all length with the Yakima tires to the outside of the frame is 5.75in.

The Replacement Axle Bolt Kit for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailers # Y8880180 measures 9" long total and measures 7-7/16" from the bottom of the bolt head to top of the threads. It is also 14mm (0.55") in diameter. I have attached a demonstration video for you along with a diagram showing the dimensions.
