Question:
I am considering the demco air Force 1 braking system to connect to a factory installed Spartan safe Haul system on a class A diesel pusher with air brakes.that I am considering buying. Will I need the battery charge line RM156-25 with the air brake system as I dont know how much draw there will be on the battery? the toad will be a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I am building the parts list required so far I have Base Plate BX1139, tow bar BX7420, Braking system SM99209 and wiring BX88308. Will I need anything else?

It looks like you've got a good handle on what you need.
The # SM99209 second vehicle Air Force One kit is what you'd need, because the Spartan Safe Haul provides everything necessary on the motorhome end of things but you'll also need the # SM6296 jumper kit to connect the air system on the coach to the Air Force One system on the Jeep.
The Blue Ox # BX1139 works great on vehicles with the stock bumper with the plastic bumper cover and the
# BX7420 Avail tow bar would be a good choice as well. The only problem I see is that the bulb and socket kit included with the # BX88308 isn't compatible with your taillight assemblies, there's not enough room in there to accommodate the bulbs. Instead, I'd recommend the # RM-152-98146-7 Roadmaster Diode kit.
I would indeed recommend the # RM-156-25 charge line kit to help keep the Jeep battery topped off while you're towing but it will still be a good practice to fire up the Jeep for a few minutes whenever you stop. You can use one of the unused circuits provided by the umbilical included with the # RM-152-98146-7 diode kit to connect to the coach. You'll also need the # RM-751490 stoplight switch.
Finally, if the installed base plates have a greater than 3 inch difference than the receiver height on the coach, you'll need a high/low adapter. I'll link to our selection of adapters plus to an article that shows how to determine which adapter you'll need.
I've also linked to some installation videos that you'll find helpful.
