Good Day, I have the PowertraxPRO MX on my 2014 Ford Raptor. Are the Replacement Side Rails for Retrax XR Series Hard Tonneau Covers T-slot Style Item # RTT-82383 compatible? I would also like to purchase the Yakima Overhaul HD. Thank you!

I wish there was a way to upgrade your cover to have the slots needed for the Overhaul HD but the line of cover you have does not have this available.
It's probably not the solution you want but you'd need the ONE XR part # RTT-60371 which comes with the T-Slots needed for the Overhaul HD # Y01151-5855.
