Replacement Bearing Kit for Trailer Hub of Shoreland'r YAV2413SW

Question:
I just bought my first boat and trailer and not knowing the history of the trailer I want to inspect and likely replace the bearings, races and seals. I have a Shorelandr model YAV2413SW manufactured in Jan. 2016. Can you tell me what parts I need?

I was able to find out that your Shoreland'r has 3,500 lb drop axles so for a bearing kit that includes new seals as well you'd want the # BK2-100 which comes with everything.
