Measuring Roof Rack Dimensions to Fit 54 Inch Cargo

Question:

When dimensions are noted, Where are they taken. At the top rails accounting for the tilt of the forward section or at the bottom of the basket. I need a basket with at least 54 inches clearance at the top rails.

The measurements of a roof basket shown on our website are typically the outside dimensions. Inside dimensions are available but will be listed specifically as inside dimensions.
