I have a curt hitch part number s0143u-r1 I need the hardwear kit for it

I would be happy to recommend the correct replacement hardware for the curt trailer hitch receiver for your 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, but the s0143u-r1 you mentioned is the part number for the black sticker and not the part number of the hitch itself.
The correct part number is a 5 digit number and will be located on a white sticker.
Once you have the correct part number you can use the Replacement hardware Kit # RHK to replace all of the required hardware. When on the product page for the # RHK you will select Curt from the drop down menu and then enter the 5 digit Curt part number.
