Bolt Hole to Use on Lower Bracket of RAS System for 2020 Ford F-150

Question:
When installing the bracket under the leaf spring is it better to use the second or third bolt hole? If that is done would it allow RAS to work better?

I checked with RoadActive and when installing the # RAS3611-YHD the bolt hole to use on the lower bracket that fits under the spring is the second one from the very end.
