Does Shank of Swagman XTC4 Have Threaded Nut for Hitch Pin

Question:
The pin to lock the bike rack into the receiver on a car is partially threaded. Is there a threaded part inside the rack for the threaded part of the pin to connect to i.e. a threaded nut of some sort?

Yes the Swagman XTC4 part # S64665 does have threaded nut that is attached inside the shank of the rack which is what the threaded hitch pin attaches to.
