You will not need to remove your spare tire to install the Curt Class III Round Tube Trailer Hitch # C13145 on your 1993 Dodge Dakota with and extended cab.
The installation is pretty straight-forward and would not be too difficult either. Check out the installation instructions for this product that I attached.
