This hitch looks great and easy to install. Will it fit just as easily on the quad cab 2001 Dakota?

The Curt Hitch part # C13280 has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2001 Dodge Dakota so it would work well on your quad cab model.
The install video I attached shows the hitch being installed on a quad cab model just like yours. It would be a pretty simple install.
