You'll want to mount a 4.80-12 tire like the Taskmaster # TT48012C tire on a 12 x 4 rim.
I've linked to our selection of 12 x 4 rims, you'll want to be sure to choose a wheel that's compatible with the bolt pattern your hubs used, either 4 on 4 or 5 on 4-1/2.
If you're just wanting something basic, for a 4 lug I'd recommend # AM20140 or # AM20151 for a 5 lug. If you're looking for for a nicer aluminum wheel, go with the HWT # AM22318HWT for a 4 lug or
# AM22319HWT for a 5 lug.
I've linked you to our series of trailer wheel and tire help articles, which contain tons of helpful information.
