I have a 2020 F150 with 5.5 Bed. Is there an Adarak style rack and Bak Flip Hard cover do fit my truck?

Since the BakFlip part # BAK48329 that fits your 2020 Ford F-150 5.5 foot bed is a folding cover you'd need an Adarac ladder rack that has totally vertical uprights to allow the panel to fold without interference so you'd want the Pro Series part # A4000964 which fits your truck.
