I am looking for a WD Shank that would fit into a 2 1/2 receiver without a reducing sleeve and give me a 6 from the top of the shank to the top of the ball platform. Total length of the leg would be 12

It sounds like you're looking for a weight distribution shank like the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank - 2-1/2" Hitch - 10" Rise/6" Drop # EQ90-02-4900, which has a 2-1/2" shank and a 6" drop. The length of the drop part of the shank is 11-1/2" long, so it's quite close to what yours is. The next longest shank would be the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank - 12" Long - 13" Rise, 9" Drop # EQ94FR.
