What is the height settings for this hitch? I saw it has 3 inches of adjustment, but cant find what the actual height range is.

I checked with Demco and the height settings of the Demco Hijacker UMS Double Pivot 5th Wheel Hitch # DM37VR that you referenced are 16 to 19 inches separated by one inch increments.
