Absolutely!
For the Yakima FourTimer Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # Y02469 you will need the Yakima LockUp Hitch Lock and Cable Lock - Same Key System (SKS) # Y07238 which will secure your bikes to the rack, and will work with the threaded anti-rattle pin included with Yakima bikes racks.
