Question:

i need suggestions of bike rack that work with bikes with fenders? i was looking at yakima high road #y02114, and deal stopper appears to be front tubes that surround tire look like they will not work with fenders? can you suggest racks that work with fenders on my bikes?

There is absolutely an option for a roof mounted bike rack that is going to work with your bike that has fenders, as you are correct the HighRoad won't work as it's a wheel-mounted rack. It sounds like you don't want to take the wheel off your bike to use a fork-mounted rack, so what that means is you will need a frame-mounted roof bike rack, for which we have the perfect option:

The ProRide XT uses a clamp arm to grasp your bike by its frame, and the clamp is padded with a torque-limiting dial so you won't over-tighten the clamp, ensuring your bike is protected. It secures your bike not only with the clamp arm, but also cradles with straps for your wheels.

It has more capacity than most roof-mounted bike racks, as it can carry bikes up to 44 lbs, and works with bikes that have wheelbases up to 47-1/4". The clamp arm will secure bikes with frame/downtube diameters between 7/8" and 3-3/16" (22 mm - 80 mm).

The ProRide XT will work with bike tires up to 3" wide but if your tires are up to 5" wide you will simply need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit # TH5981.

I do recommend adding lock cylinders, which will allow you to lock the rack to your vehicle and your bike to the rack to help protect your investments; you can do this with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200.
