Replacement Trailer Roof Vent Cover for Elixir Roof Vent

Question:
Hail took out most of my roof vent cover. I’m looking for a replacement but the only numbers I can make out on the cover are Elixir ANS 226 AS-18. Any help would be appreciated in finding a replacement for this. Thank you.

Since we know you have an Elixir roof vent the correct covers are part # CAM40155 for white or part # CAM40148 for smoke colored.
