Valve Stem Extension for 2020 Ram 4500 with Dually Wheel with Small Hand Holes

Question:
I have a 2020 ram 4500 with wheel simulators on it. The hand holes on the simulators are much smaller than the actual ones in the wheels so you cant really inflate/deflate the tires very well. Can you recommend what I will need to put extensions on. These are actual simulators and not wheel covers. thank you

For wheels with smaller hand holes like your setup has we know the Wheel Masters 4 Hose Inflation Kit # WM8001-135 would work well. Check out the attached picture and you can see them installed on a similar style wheel.
