I was unable to find specs on your trailer, so we will need to find this information on our own.
To determine which bearings and seals you need, the best way to get that information is to take apart your current hub and inspect the numbers that are printed on them. I've linked to a help article that can show you how to do this.
If you cannot find those numbers or if they have worn off, then you will need to take measurements. Using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157, measure the diameters of the bearings, seals, and races like in the picture I have provided.
Once you have those numbers, I can help you find which part numbers you need.
