I would be happy to recommend a Class III trailer hitch receiver and 7-way connector for your 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Starting with the trailer hitch receiver I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98854 which has the Class III 2" receiver you are looking for, but I personally prefer this hitch over the other options due to the matte black powder coat finish that does a great job at prevent chips and scratches.
Moving on to to the 7-way connector, first you will need to install a 4-way connector of which I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 which is a plug and play harness that will not require you to splice into any wires in your factory harness.
With a 4-way connector installed you can now install the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 which will give you both a 7-way connector and a 4-way connector. The # ETBC7 will plug into your newly installed 4-way connector and only require you to make a few more wiring connections which are:
Black wire to vehicle battery with included circuit breaker
Blue wire to trailer brake controller mounted inside of vehicle
White wire grounded to vehicle frame
When we completed this install on a similar 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan we used the No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long # 18136 to mount to 7-way connector to the trailer hitch receiver.
If you do not already have a trailer brake controller, I recommend the extremely reliable Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 which has an easy to read LCD screen, and built in diagnostics that are easy to understand should any problems arise.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
