You can absolutely use a Blue Ox tow bar with the Demco base plates that fit your 2007 Jeep Wrangler, which are the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519292.
All you will need in order to do connect your Blue Ox tow bar to the Demco base plates is an adapter, the Adapter for Blue Ox Tow Bars to Demco Tabless Base Plates or etrailer Invisible Base Plates # DM9523127.
Just connect the adapters to your Blue Ox tow bar and you'll be set! I have added links below to video reviews for you to check out as well if you'd like.
