Since the 5th wheel hitch you have is like the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 which uses industry standard rails (ISR) you will need the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6194 if you have the 6-1/2' bed in your new truck, or the # DM6206 if you have an 8' bed. Both of the mentioned adapters are for the GM Prep Package on the 2016-2019 trucks.
If you truck is a 2020-2021 you will need the Curt Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C88KR instead.
