Question:
Will this work on a 2020 25GN Big Tex Trailer that has a hand crank on top and pinch bolts to adjust ride height?

As long as your Big Tex Trailer has an existing 4" inner diameter outer tube, then you can use the Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler - Round - 30,000 lbs # CG to replace the inner tube of the gooseneck trailer coupler and help smooth out your towing experience. This coupler can be adjusted using the set screws on the outer tube that you've mentioned.
